Teachers play a very important role in achieving the goals of Philippines' vision 2020. Disgruntled educators who aren't satisfied with their job could hardly be fully commited and effective and would not be carrying out at the best of their features. Teaching occupation is facing problems related to teachers' work satisfaction. The general perception is the fact teachers in the government school are dissatisfied with their job. They are considered dissatisfied with teaching in the government colleges. If the assert is true that the government school-teachers are disappointed, what then simply is this unhappiness? In what factors are they pleased? Therefore , it is necessary to probe in to this subject through a research. Problems:
